Wesley Christian Academy offers a highly structured academic program from kindergarten through grade eight. The program meets or exceeds the objectives set out by the Ministry of Education in the Ontario Curriculum.
The core subjects of math, language arts, science, and social studies are taught at each grade level.
Our highly successful language program is strongly phonics and grammar based. Excellent math computation and problem solving skills are mastered by building upon a solid foundation from year to year and by continually reviewing the concepts taught previously.
The curriculum is enriched with computer studies, art, French, library, physical education, health, and music. A Bible curriculum is also taught at each grade level.
Upon receiving a grade eight graduation diploma, a student is adequately equipped for the secondary school program of their choice, whether in a private or a public institution.
